I'm not quite sure just what you mean...
If you mean make Carbonite route you through only nodes that currently exist in the world, that's impossible. For obvious reasons, Blizzard doesn't allow addons access to that kind of information.
If you mean overlap the Carbonite icon for the herb/mine with the yellow dot Blizzard shows when you're within 80 yards, then that can only be accomplished by merging the Carbonite map with the Blizzard minimap.
