Oceanic has several servers that are not qued up. IF you can get in without a Character not found error. Earlier today that was a major issue with a lot of folks including myself, which prompted me to uninstall and reinstall with the hopes that would fix the problem. However, considering they are doing another "maintenance" in the morning, I'm guessing it is a glitch they were not anticipating.
