For German (DE) support, you would need to look at

http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/s...&postcount=221 and do the same thing, fortunately I believe DE is already in localization.lua if I remember correctly, so there's only 20 or so you need to add translations for.
If you do translate it, I'd appreciate if you posted it so I could add it for everyone.
