Go to the folder where your Carbonite add-on is located. By default it is in your Program Files, World of Warcraft/Interface/Add Ons.
In the Carbonite folder, find the Carbonite.lua file. Open it in Notepad.
Use the find and replace feature of Notepad to make the changes outlined in Post #35 in this thread:

Save the file after all changes are made.
