I've discovered an easily reproducible UI bug - unique to the Frost Mage spec. When casting Frostbolt on targets who are immune, or just missing your Frostbolt casts - you generate a stack of Icicles buff. However, the mage does not generate actual Icicles (none to be found above the Mages head
). What's more weird is that you can actually cast Glacial Spike once you generate 5 of those 'dead/fake' Icicles and the fake Icicle buff stacks won't even decrease/get consumed.
