Not sure if you've been informed or fixed it already in the latest beta build. However, on quests that require you to press the "Complete Quest" button in your Quest Log, that option is not appearing in Carbonite's quest log when it is merged with (side by side) with the game log.

For the quest "What I do best", I had to disable showing the carbonite log along side the wow quest log to be able to see the "Complete Quest" button.

Please keep up the great work, been a user (and old time supporter from back in the day when there were 2 versions of carb) for so long now that this is simply the one addon I cannot play without, heh.

Edit: is this what you're talking about in reply #91? I'm not up to par with the lingo and changes with Cata, so not sure but sounds similar. :P
