BTex or SunnArt, and a few others like kgPanels, ePanels, etc... will all take care of the Art at the bottom of your screen. The middle screenshot highlights Recount.
You can try out BornabeUI, which includes all you need, and then some, lol. It has Recount, fancy artwork at the bottom, and a whole lot of I wish the Default UI told me this type of stuff in it, without over-cluttering your screen.
