To the best of my knowledge, that first error is being caused by GearScore. The author is aware of it from what I have gathered from his bug report forum. I've seen this one pop up both with nUI and with the Blizzard default.
The second error I'll have to plead ignorance on, I've not seen that one with either nUI or the default.
