trying to be a bit more clear about what Im trying to do, as shown in screenshot 1 I can remove the '2nd' cooldown bar circled in black by changing the enabled to false also circled in black. My first question is can someone explain to me the differences in this circled bar and the bar above it?

By making that change I can get my UI to screenshot 2. Much cleaner and to my personal liking in my opinion. (Other ppl may not like this, not trying to offend anyone, I just like this setup).

I am still messing with the 'range' and castbar to get them exactly where I want them, but the concept is there, the 2nd cooldown bar is gone and I still have the cooldown timers on my action bar. Fantastic, now what i have circled in red, i would like to move as shown in the screenshot from my OP. Also illustrated with an arrow in ss2. i would like these 'clickable' so i can mouseover for the details shown in the box circled in blue.

Now circled in blue, It looks like the same debufs or cooldowns listed in that nice little box. How can I hide or disable that box as I believe it shows duplicate information. unless someone can advise me otherwise.

Circled in green are the Players buffs, I kinda like these here and not next to the health mana bars, but while Im learning here, where would I modify the code in which lua to have these be moved next to the hp/mana bars should I want them to be.

Once the red is moved, and the blue is gone, I would move the range and cast bar to refit the screen. I have figured out how to do that on my own.

*edit*
Interesting, by changing what I have changed my fps go to hell like <=5, altho nui un modded seems to be dropping my fps as well, having only nui+ installed im around 35-40fps, using sli gtx480s.
