That's bugsack telling you that you've gotten an error. I found that Mortal Combat "Fatality!" sound really aggravating, so I replaced it with the one that people described as a foghorn. You can always open up your original MazzleUI zip and do the same.

EDIT: Actually, I see that Bugsack now has options for other sounds. You can just switch it there to something less maddening.
