ircdirk means with latest Version allsways Github, because at the moment it is the only possible Part to Update Carbonite,
Another Part a Information it effects all Quests isn't helpful because we cannot find a failure with lack of Information, The Game has so many parts of Quests that a Range would be helpful to find your Problem,
e.g.
Is it lvl 100 to 110 or before, World Quests effected?
