I'm pretty sure that SpartanUI sets the party background option on as it's almost always previous SpartanUI users who ask me about that problem. Not sure about the option for opening loot window at the mouse though. You're the first person I can recall bringing that one up.
I have noticed issues with clicking links in guild chat -- same with shift-clicking a player name to get info about them -- but those issues have been there as long as I've been playing WoW, so I never give them much thought.

Thanks for your fast reply I'll check those settings when I get home, its a little weird I didn't notice these problems before adding nUI to my addon's but again I was tired this weekend from doing a nice grind/quest session and who knows maybe I borked something up on accident and don't remember it at all.
With the Profession/Gear linking I have no idea to sometimes to get it to open I actually have to click it a couple times to get it to show up and sometimes it just refuses to show up altogether. But thanks again and definately some great work your doing here. Will try to donate some to you this friday its tight for me to was out of work for almsot 3 months and moved from TN to CA so I'm trying to catch up myself. I'll be sure to send something though man.
