mscott is correct... those plugins integrate Omen3 and Recount into the nUI panels, they don't actually provide them.

Ok I reset my interface to default and got the Party panel working and everything else now I downloaded your dual stat monitor and for some reason its not showing me Omen Threat or Recount over in the right corner where the map is all i have is "Map" and "Combat" when I click the Map button.
