It doesn't need to be for fubar obviously, just needs to keep track of how much addons are sending out.

try broker_CPU its a good addon for realtime monitoring of addon mem usage. DO NOT run this mod during normal gameplay as your UI will get extreeeeeemly slow as it monitors. But its a very good mod.
