there are two that I know of.
move anything will move them as part of the ui, while
Drag'em will move stuff temporarily like if you quest log is over something you are looking for.
My favorite thing about MoveAnything is they added a Check box at the top so you can tell what frame it is and then you can type in the chat box and do /move NameOfThisFrame - Exactly as it says, and then allow you to move or resize.
