As appreciative as I am to the authors of Carbonite for creating one of the best addons for WoW, I am even more so of the community of people who help each other out with quick bug fixes and constant help with problems.

Without people like Vis and Jeffy (and many others), Carb wouldn't have achieved half of its status.

Thank God that for every one person who starts a new thread screaming for a fix NOW, that there are 100 carb users out there who are willing to take up the slack.

To the few that demand a quick fix from the authors themselves; I hope someday you come to realize that the authors of Carbonite (and any other addon) have real lives, with all the problems and frustrations as everyone else. They have bills to pay and mouths to feed, and writing an addon such as Carb is a hobby, not their real-life profession.

Authors of Carb (and every other addon as well) and to the entire community, consider yourselves saluted!
