Some things to think about ...
- Does it contain an addon that the author/developer prohibits from being used without his/her permission??
- Does it contain any unauthorized files like .exe ??
- Is it in .zip format? I believe that's the only format allowed anyway. Not to sure if .rar or .7z is allowed here.
Hopefully this can help until you get official word as to why.
