I'm sorry but we've gotten very sick and tired of people that don't use our site suddenly registering an account, uploading an addon, getting their beta key via us and then never coming back to the site again, never updating their addon on our site, never providing any support to users on our site, etc., etc., ad finem, ad nauseam.
I'm not saying that you will necessarily do that, but we have to do something to stop it. A cut off date is the best way we can think of to accomplish that goal. Sorry.
