The work around for this, I have found, is to temporarily disable Carbonite Quest and process the quest with the game quest log. It gives you the option in the log to "Complete Quest". Then re-enable Carbonite Quest and go about your business. It's a pain, but it works. With the Add-on "Addon Control Panel", it is much simpler than having to log out and back in. Hope this helps!
