If you use an addon to track CPU/Memory usage of addons this will reduce your overall performance. Try disabling the CPU profiling and also make sure taintLog is set to 0.
Have you tried resetting your saved variables for the addons that save data like Recount and Auctioneer. Make sure you make backups if you test it.
