Actually the file you are looking for is called layout-cache.txt - it contains the locations that all your windows are at. Delete this (or edit it - I'd suggest wordpad instead of notepad to preserve all the special characters) and that should take care of it for you. If you delete part of the file it will re-make those entries... just tested it to make sure
