Well... actually I did some searching it now it seems his site is located in La Habra, CA, wasn't it in Michigan before? Is that what you meant, that someone else now controls it and hasn't changed the site yet or something?

The domain still belongs to the same person (who lives in Michigan) and will not expire until 09-May-08 (registered with GoDaddy).
The name resolvers for the domain are still the same too, so if the site is different then yes it has been hacked for good
The current site is hosted at LunarPages and they are in LA indeed.
