Somewhere along the line I remember seeing something about how you can have page numbers in Notepad, but I don't remember how to get them, or where I saw it.
If you don't mind installing a small program to edit Lua files (and a lot of other types of code) you can get either
Notepad++ or
Sublime Text 2. They're free and not the only editors you can get, they're just the two that I like and use. (And they use page numbers.)
