monkeyquest, lightheaded, quest headers

I used Monkeyquest in the past, but from few days i have problem with it. is not indexing anymore any quests and the quest log not attaching the header to the quest (zone info). I tried to update it but no result. Now i gived a chance to lightheaded addon but the error persist, i still don't have headers on my quest.
I can only see the quest log in the old fashioned way, blizz like.

i saw a thread about this kind of problem but i can't find it anymore. sory to repeating this question, but i want to solve it quick. Thank you in adcance for you help.
