???

If you are talking about changing your character's appearance (aka changing the "skin"), then the answer is NO. You cannot change the in game models. This requires hacking the game's .mpq files which is against the WoW ToS. Blizzard has denied the ability to change ingame models due to players can use that "feature" to their advantage (aka to cheat and exploit). I expect this thread will be locked.

Should you pursue this action, expect to get one shotted by the Blizzard Banhammer of Doom.

In answer to your question any changes to your player model will only affect the way YOU see it as you're only modifying your own version of the model not the copy everyone else has.

And yes, if you modify the game files chances are VERY good you will be banned. Blizzard doesn't take this stuff lightly.

Its just for you, to everyone else you will look the same as normal, but to you on your screen only, you will be different

but you have been warned, changing your skin or any persons skin in the game (for that fact changing anything in the /data folder) is not recommended. Use at your own risk, it is againt ToC and Blizzard can and probably will ban you if they catch you.

Those mods don't work anymore; Blizzard removed the functionality.

And - as stated before - do any skin hacking of your own and the banhammer will fall with a swift and terrible fury.

Yep, that mod hasn't been updated in well over a year.

Btw, that mod was to change the look of the Dragon Stalker hunter armor. It didn't change the way your character looked unless you had that particular set (http://www.wowhead.com/?itemset=215). The set was horrifically ugly a while ago and thus that mod was born.
