Keys diss-appearind when I use them.

Anyone know how to fix this? Say I use 'detect traps' it dissappears out of the bar and the only way I get it back is when I switch to cascading then back. Please, could anyone help me with this?

If I switch to mount or back -> often the buttons dissapear. at the beginning only bar one disappears and i only get them back by switching the buttons. now all bars affected, each bar only exists of one button when i switch to mount ....
this happens 1 of 5 timens when switching to or from mount
