Quick patch to Discord Groupbuttons for 1.9

This is just a quick hack that updates GroupButtons for 1.9.

Issues fixed:

* Spells configured with Prevent Overhealing now pick spells correctly again
* Spells configured with Prevent Re-buff now correctly detect if a unit is buffed.

Things not fixed:

* Cooldown icons are the wrong size on buttons.

This is in no way connected at all with Lozareth or DiscordMods, this is just my own private hack that I thought others might get some use out of until Loz's site comes back up and he makes the update himself.

Much kudos to Lozareth for such an awesome mod.

It certainly wasn't a complaint, trust me. Had Loz not had the opportunity to upload just now, I'm sure there would have been many that would have truly appreciated your temp fix. Folks willing to help out are *always* appreciated.

It's all good as long as you don't slap the mod in a compilation that doesn't get updated for 6 months and people come to me with bug reports from 9 versions back. XD
