Help with Metamap needed, please

I have recently downloaded the new fan updated metamap and i am having real problems with it. all modules are loaded and i am thinking that none of them are woking, no instance maps or nodes and i am gettin the brown blank page where the instance map should be flicker back to my current location. i have no other addons at this current time but have removed some in the past. i am running on vista. Please can u help me i would be so chuffed if you could solve it for me. Tim

Well, that's probably your problem right there. Vista has some other place to store addons, so your addon is probably installed in the wrong place. I can't tell you where it's supposed to be as I don't run Vista.
