For the second level of the quest chain Windroc Mastery (questid 9855) You are to kill Ravenous Windocs (npcid 18220), however the regular Windrocs (npcid 17128) is also labeled as being part of the quest (when you drag your mouse over them). However, when you kill them, you don't get credit.
