Why did the Chat Box move? Need mod to move it!

After logging on after the patch i noticed that the Chat Box had moved up slightly from it's default position. It has interfered with a row of CT hotkeys i have set up and would like to find a mod to move the Chat screen instead of moving or resizing my bar setup...
