looking for way to have the same button/keybinding on multiple bars

I use DAB 3 for my druid and love the way it works for shape shifting. I basically have 3 rows, 2 of which I page swap for the different forms (2 rows for bear, page swap the same 2 rows for cat etc). I'd like to have the same button in each page used for the same purpose (in this case the last button in each row for shape shifting). Problem is each button must have a unique keybinding. Is there a way around this? Perhaps actually have multiple copies of the same button ID appearing in different pages?

Go to DAB's Keybindings window. Scroll down to a blank keybinding. Set the left-most drop-down menu to Button on Bar Page. Specify the bar and page with the middle drop-down menu. Specify the button on the right-most drop-down menu. Bind a key to it. Whenever you press that key it will use that particular button on that particular page no matter which page the bar is showing.
