What's this addon?

I'm pretty sure its called kgPanels but I have no idea how to use kgpanels, so im praying its something different.

^^at the bottom of the screen(where his skill bars are) the background has a black tint or some sort of texture to it.

Pretty sure that's kgpanels or maybe Lite Panels maybe.

If your up for not up to learning how to configure the above mods or other mods like them you could try something with a viewport feature. I use Sunnart myself, there's also BTex.

Also I'd never live it down around here if I didn't mention nUI for a complete package if your up for major change .

Edit: And to add to the OP's question. You could also download that interface (if you are widescreen) and just disable the addons until you are left only with what you want... delete the disabled ones and add your own. Those are some nice bg panels.
