Need help starting a simple mod :D

Hello everyone!

For a long time now I've really wanted to create for myself a very simple mod. All that I would like for it to do is hide my UI (minus my chat and mini-map) when I'm out of combat, and have it appear when either I am IN combat, or targeting a player.
A fade effect would also be nice.
Now, I've been reading over a lot of the guides etc, and if anyone would be willing to help me get on my feet here I would be very greatful. What I am trying to find at the moment is a list of all the frames so that I can start hiding them and then adding the conditions.

Still trying to figure out how I'd write in the terms I want myself, but this also does the trick.
