Looking for that addon where your character's picture moves??

The title, I cannot explain it well so I'll just say it here...
I've had this addon like a year ago which I thought was cool!
On the upper left corner of the game where you see your character's picture with the health and MP/SP? and rage bars... your character's picture movesas well as other party members

Oh and what EXP Bar addon do you recommend? I think I want an EXP Bar to look a bit more cooler than the blizzard's EXP bar

I suggest oUF with one of the hundreds of layouts that people have made.

Adapt adds this to the default unitframes. Hasn't been updated in a while though from the looks of it, but give it a whirl.
