Missing: Lost in action

Two things:

The C button that was always on my the edge of my mini-map prior to the patch is nowhere to be found...find that odd

More of an issue...I do not see the exclamation points of quest givers and flight masters or the question marks for quest turn ins on my mini-map.
I do not remember having to turn anything on in previous versions for this to happen

I am having the same problem. Standing in front of a quest giver with an exclaim point above their head, nothing on the map to indicate as such.

This is a bug first reported in 4.0001. It's apparently still present

Right click map, select Options, select Map Minimap, click
"Minimap herb/ore dot glow delay (0 is off)"
and set to 0 for now.
