Blizzard Tracker not Hiding Completely/Properly

The Blizzard Tracker is not hiding Completely or Properly. Is this a known issue? If I turn it off in the options I can still randomly click on it in the center of my screen and a little popup menu hows up for transparency and the other options from the Tracker.
