Help With T.King skin

I'm trying to install T.King's undead Skin, but I'm not completely sure were to put the files. I read the instructions on the page good, and I think I', supposed to copy all the folders with the textures in them and put them in

Code:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data\enUS\Interface

right? So if I do it would be

Code:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data\enUS\Interface\bank frame

and the rest of the folders right?
