Private Project/ Paid Work - Need a Programmer.

First off I wanted to say that the Add-on I want
built is 100% Legit, and is follows WoW's ToS
so you aren't working on anything illegal, but
it is a private Project.

This is going to more of a Data-Based add-on
that I wanted created but I have been notified
that it is a very simple project to handle.

This is a time-sensitive project so I need it
done asap. You will be paid for your time,
and we can discuss payment methods and
payment type (whether you want to work
hourly, or just quote me for the project).

You do understand that nothing stops somebody from writting the Addon then making it public anyways right? There is only one way to keep something like this "private" that is to write it yourself.
