I know there's this mod that lets you CREATE your own languages. I've seen it, and know some people with it. Problem is, I haven't seen any of them lately (keep missing them) and I'd REALLY like to try this mod out. I've some idea's for it.

If anyone know what it's called, or better yet, where I can find it, PLEASE reply..
