[BUG?] Map + Minimap Zooming together

Before the 3.1 patch, when I pressed +/- it would zoom both the map and the minimap. Since the patch it no longer does this, even with Carb 3.1.

Blizzard probably renamed the functions that we hook.
Added to todo list.
