Quest tracker disruption

I have found that if I turn on carbonite, the blizzard quest tracker becomes broken.

It used to be that you could track achievements and quests even while using carbonite. After the 3.1 updates and such I tried to track progress on an achievement and realized it wasn't functional. turned off all my addons and it worked, then did them one at a time until it stopped and it was carbonite.

Something about carbonite is interfering with the new quest/achievement tracker window. I haven't gotten any error messages, it just stops working. I apologize if this is a bit vague. I'm using carbonite 3.100 by the way.

As soon as I activate Carbonite, the objectives tracker stays blank although no error pops up.
Makes it bit hard to track achievements.

Could you please have a look at this?
