downloading carbonite 3.1?

this is really starting to annoy me the thing is like in order to download 3.1 u must answer these questions and watever, well wat do u put in the forum spot its really a pain and now i cant quest or even have a map cuz its blokd its killin me man so wat do i put in the forum spot or is there another way to download this?

is 3.11 set to be released soon, i would love to try the newest features before i absolutely need sleep

Haavok was a little optimistic on the hour or so. He did not factor in me trying to decide for a few hours how to respec my rogue for some "proper" testing and then have the talent window break and no matter what I tried it would not spend the last 10 talents points and some talents I already bought were missing. I read many WoW forum posts with people having the same problems. I hope the server restarts this morning fixes that mess.
