TotalRP Compability Patch

So, I spent some time today to make TotalRP compatible with Carbonite. If you've tried running both, you'll know the symptoms - Carbonite can't change displayed zones as long as TotalRP is enabled.

Now, I'm a complete muppet when it comes to LUA coding, so all I've really done is taken out the "bad code", which ended up being pretty much all of the inventory section.
