Well, that's an extremely vague question, but I have seen the video in question. I'm guessing you're referring to his HUD. I think that's ArcHud, though I'm not absolutely positive. I'd check out Kyessari's thread that has screenshots of the various HUDs. It's in one of the forums around here.
