Mage in need of a Mod

Ok so I have google video-ed some mage pvp movies since they are fun to watch and I aspire to play that way soon. I am happy with my current mix-n-match UI but am missing one key element....

In most mage vids there is a progress/countdown bar for effects like freeze from frost nova and polymorph and such and after looking around I am still at a lose as to a mod that will show a countdown for those cc effects... any suggestions?
