enchant window

my enchant window is offset. Windfury (or whichever spell i cast on my weapon) is far to the right of mywindow, where it should be. This may be a conflict with CT RA, since it started happening when I got it, however, disabling CTRA did not fix the issue. This is the error message i get when I load my UI. Which i think is what is causing the problem...
