Fubar 2.0 plugin coding issue

I'm working on a 2.0 version of my checkstone plug in and running into a snag. I've got the mod totally working except for one thing. When I log in the Fubar panels are empty until I change the profile. It works like this everytime I log in or reload the UI.

I'd like to get this fixed before I post it. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
