Custom emotes with different text for player, target and everyone else?

Is it possible to write a macro that shows a custom emote with different texts for different players?

For example;

If you have no target:
You see: You rub the duckie.
Everyone else sees: Player rubs the duckie.

If you have a target:
You see: You rub Target's duckie.
Target sees: Player rubs your duckie.
Everyone else sees: Player rubs Target's duckie.


Is this even possible at all with a macro? Or would i have to write an AddOn?
