Easy way to manually add coords?

Is there an easy way to manually add coordinates to TomTom or Cartographer_Waypoints?

Maybe like a slash command? Or an easy, small interface to type in (xx,yy) and then OK?

*EDIT* I found a slash command for TomTom.
/way <x> <y>

But, I really would like to see a Waypoints one, because I don't really need TomTom because most of the features it has are overlapped by ones I already have.

With Cartographer, /waypoint x, y

Use /way xx yy
I think there is also /note xx yy
