Having a issue

I downloaded thew new carbonite 4.0006, works awsome on one of my toons my priest, every other toon though it doesnt even show up at all heh. im sooooooo lost on this everything is downloaded properly been using carbonite for over 5years easy. defenetly love the program and have hated being without it sence 4.0 came out. please help.
